SmartSEPA Investigate
Till now it is very tedious to see relationship between SEPA transctions across physical SEPA files. For example, if you receive a camt.056, you would like to see the original corresponding pacs.008, even the pain001 which generates pacs.008. Or you would like to see all transactions for a certain creditor to a certain debitor, but only for those transactions, its amount exceed a certain amount. All there are no problem for SmartSEPA, with it sophisticated search and filter functionalities you can find SEPA transactions in a very easy and quick way.
You have two way to search transaction across all
imported xml files. If you the ID-value, you can just input in the search field.
A auto-complete feature, as you may be familiar from google, is provided for you.
For your convenience the creditor name und debitor name and amount are provided
to you besides the ID-value.
If the information you have is too vague, you can use
the advanced search. Here you have more search possibilities.You can build a
search query in a very easy way. As the following screenshot shows you, you will
get all transactions which have the following characteristics:
Creator name contains:
Debitor name contains:
Amount is greater than:
Remittance information contains:
But, in the Debitor BIC does not contain:
